• Initial meeting with potential core physicians

• Second meeting with core physicians to review utilization, case type and expense projections

• Revise proforma with physician comments and modifications, recommendations on locations, real estate, additional physician contacts, recommendations for Anesthesia, determine if hospital partner in venture and equipment preferences



• Third physician meeting and data review, determine if project is green light, discuss operating and partnership documents, secure seed funding for project
